Refunds and Cancellations
GRAZING TABLE INSTALLATIONS
All purchases are non-refundable. In the event a cancellation must be made, 24 hours notice is required and a store credit will happily be provided for use at a later date. Orders cancelled within 24 hours from scheduled delivery are ineligible for future credit or order rescheduling.
All Deliveries are made within a 1hour grace period before or after requested time frame. Please ensure that someone is available to receive order at requested time for quality assurance.
In the unlikely circumstance that your booking must be cancelled, the cancellation policy is as follows: If grazing table booking is cancelled greater than 6 weeks out from the event date, the client will receive a full refund minus a $150 non-refundable deposit. This also applies for any postponements of event.
If client grazing table booking is cancelled 2 - 6 weeks out (15 - 41 days) from the event date, client will forfeit their full deposit. Cancellations made within 2 weeks (14 days) of event date will forfeit the full cost of the booking.

Virtual Workshop ticket cancellations made over 24 hours from workshop date will be provided a store credit for a future class. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not receive store credit.

48 hours notice is appreciated in order to fulfill a pick up/board delivery. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or text us at (951)421-4302 for same day or next day order requests. We will accommodate to the best of our abilities. Same day fee applies.
All orders should be placed under the ORDER NOW tab. The soonest delivery dates shown will be 48 hours after the time you are attempting to place the order. Please disregard any "We are closed" message, you can still place your order. However, If you happen to have any trouble placing an order, click HERE.
We always recommend your orders be enjoyed same day for optimal freshness, however if you would like to enjoy your order the next day you absolutely can! Please let us know if you plan on enjoying your order for next day so we can package it accordingly. Boards should be consumed within 72 hours.
All major credit cards are accepted. We also accept payment via Venmo @meatcheeseboards (verification: 0446), Zelle at tel:951-421-4302 or PayPal at email@example.com. If using PayPal we simply ask you select friends and family to help us avoid any fees. Payment confirms your order.
We do! Delivery begins at $5 and is calculated at $1/mile outside of 92508.
Yes! Pick ups are located in the Orangecrest area of Riverside. Precise pick up location is provided upon order comfirmation.
While our facility is not nut free, we can omit such ingredients from your order. As well as provide vegetarian, vegan, low carb, or gluten free options. Please specify such allergies when submitting an order request.
Meatchee's Boards is not responsible for late pick ups, no shows or if there is no answer at door upon delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to receive order at requested time. No refunds/rescheduling will be offered.
